We offer delivery across all emirates in the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain). International shipping options are available upon request for bulk orders.

2. Order Production & Delivery Timelines

• Standard Turnaround: Delivery timelines depend on product availability and logo customization requirements (printing, embroidery, or engraving). Standard dispatch occurs within 3–7 business days following artwork confirmation.
• Express Orders: Urgent corporate orders can be accommodated upon request subject to additional express handling charges.
• Delivery Estimates: Delivery dates discussed during quote approval are estimates. While we strive for exact dispatch schedules, external logistics or customs delays are beyond our direct control.

3. Shipping Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on shipment size, total order weight, and delivery destination. Final delivery costs will be detailed in your invoice or shopping cart prior to payment confirmation.
