In the high-temperature environment of the Middle East, maintaining a consistent sub-zero temperature from the supermarket to the home is a major logistical hurdle. The objective was to develop a high-performance thermal carrier that didn’t just act as a bag, but as a mobile insulation unit, ensuring food safety while reinforcing brand presence in every household.
Manufacturing Journey: Multi-Layer Insulation Technology At A&A Trading, we engineered a triple-barrier system to maximize thermal retention. The interior is lined with a premium-grade reflective aluminum foil, which serves as a radiant barrier to reflect external heat. This is bonded to a core of high-density EPE foam for structural padding and conductive insulation. The exterior shell is crafted from heavy-duty 600D Polyester, specifically chosen for its high tensile strength and resistance to the abrasive conditions of daily retail use.
Precision Branding: Iconic Identity & Durability The visual identity was executed with absolute brand fidelity. We utilized a specialized silk-screen printing process to apply the Al Kabeer logo and the signature “Simply… a matter of good taste!” slogan. By using UV-stabilized inks, we ensured that the vibrant red and cream branding remains crisp and resistant to fading, even with frequent cleaning. The addition of reinforced cross-stitched handles and an adjustable shoulder strap ensures that the bag can handle maximum weight capacity without compromising ergonomic comfort for the end-user.
